Elaine & Paul had their wedding at Tivoli Too! in Laguna Beach. They chose the brunch time slot which is 9am to 12noon. Elaine looked like a beautiful princess. They had a lovely crowd who were ready to party at 9am in the morning……..yes 9am!!!
